What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You keep access until the end of your billing period. After that, Runstone reverts to the free tier (1 runner). Your configuration and data remain on your server — nothing is deleted.
What does the free tier include?
The free tier lets you run 1 GitHub Actions runner instance. You get the full web dashboard, workflow analyser, and real-time monitoring. Manual start/stop only — no ephemeral cycling or auto-cleanup.
Is my GitHub token safe?
Runstone runs entirely on your hardware. Your GitHub personal access token is encrypted with AES-256-GCM and stored locally — it never leaves your server. We have no access to your tokens or repositories.
What if the license server goes down?
Runstone includes a 30-day offline grace period. If the license server is unreachable, your premium features continue working for up to 30 days. A server issue will never break your runners.
What is ephemeral mode?
Ephemeral mode automatically deregisters, cleans up, and re-registers your runner after each job. This gives every workflow a fresh environment with zero state leakage between builds.
Can I use one license on multiple servers?
Each license supports up to 3 simultaneous activations. If you need more, contact us.
