Overview

Tindra Labs ("we", "us") builds self-hosted software. Our products run entirely on your hardware. We are committed to your privacy and collect the minimum data necessary to operate our services.

What we collect

License validation

When you activate or validate a premium license, your Cloudberry instance sends your license key and a randomly generated instance ID to our license server. We use this to verify your license is valid and within activation limits. We do not collect your IP address, Apple ID, photos, or any other personal data from your server.

Purchases

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. When you purchase a license, Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email, and payment information. We receive your email address and order details to associate with your license key. We do not store payment card information.

Website

This website is a static site. We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts. We do not collect any data from visitors to this website.

What we do NOT collect

• Your Apple ID credentials (stored locally on your server, encrypted)
• Your photos or photo metadata
• Usage analytics or telemetry from Cloudberry
• IP addresses

Data retention

License data (email, license key, activation records) is retained for as long as your license is active. If you cancel and request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.
