Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Cloudberry or any Tindra Labs product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. License

Cloudberry is proprietary software. A free tier is provided at no cost with limited functionality. Premium features require a valid paid license. Your license is personal and non-transferable.

3. Permitted use

You may use Cloudberry for personal, non-commercial purposes to sync and browse your own iCloud Photo Library. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with Apple's terms of service and applicable laws.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or share the software or your license key
  • Use the software to access accounts you do not own or have permission to access
  • Use the software in any way that violates applicable law

5. Subscriptions and payments

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Lemon Squeezy. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Lifetime licenses are a one-time payment with no expiry. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

6. Disclaimer

Cloudberry is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with future Apple API changes, or data integrity. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tindra Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the software, including but not limited to data loss, service interruption, or account access issues.

8. Apple disclaimer

Cloudberry is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. iCloud is a trademark of Apple Inc. Use of iCloud APIs is at your own risk and subject to Apple's terms of service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
